At 5th level, a dungeon delver gains the ability to activate an acute sensitivity to sounds, smells, movement, and other disturbances within 30 feet.

If a dungeon delver already has stonecunning because of his race, both sets of bonuses apply. It looks like the crux of your problem is that “trap” is hard to define, particularly with regards to knowledge and time.
